My name is Randy Turner and I began my passion for sports at 8 years of age.  As I became older I realized how incorporating resistance training would increase my strength and in turn help my athletic ability.  While in high school, I started to learn the benefits of rest and flexibility.  When I started college at Tarleton State University, I pursued my passion of fitness and sports, I became very knowledgeable in Anatomy and Kinesiology, and nutrition.  After receiving by degree, I was fortunate to begin my career in one of the largest hospital networks in North Texas in the fitness and wellness center.  This is where I fine tuned my knowledge and became a certified personal trainer as well as other certifications for plyometrics, nutrition, strength and conditioning and golf.  With over 28 years of experience, I have had clients as young as 6 years old to improve their motor skills to clients at the age of 91 years of age who were interested in what I call "training for the game of life", which is increasing their strength and improving balance so they can continue being independent.  I have also helped several athletes both young and mature to combine an organized, safe and structured program to improve their overall athletic performance.   As a middle aged father of 3, I realized I have to stay in shape to stay up with them.  I now have a very good understanding of the busy parent and in order to be healthy and fit then you have to adjust and get your workouts in when it is convenient.  Whatever your goal is, I have the experience and knowledge to help you reach it.

"In 2009, I was at my highest weight of 201 pounds.  I felt sick all of the time.  My doctor cautioned me that I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol.  She wanted to put me on medications, but I vowed to start my journey in a new lifestyle of fitness."
